Terms & Conditions
These terms form the agreement between you and Adejayan Mayowa, trading as InsightWeave, for use of Insight Audit™.
Who you are contracting with
Insight Audit™ is owned and operated by Adejayan Mayowa, an individual sole trader trading as InsightWeave ("InsightWeave", "we", "us"). When you create an account, run an audit or purchase a plan, you are entering into an agreement with Adejayan Mayowa. Contact: support@insightweave.net.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, running an audit or continuing to use Insight Audit™ you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
What the product does
Insight Audit™ is an automated, AI-assisted website analysis product. It reviews publicly accessible pages of a website you submit and produces scores, prioritised findings and recommended fixes. Paid plans provide a monthly allowance of audit credits, where one credit equals one audit.
Acceptable use and misuse
Only submit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud; send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload or generate illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content; attempt to jailbreak or manipulate the AI into producing prohibited output; probe, scan or overload our systems or third-party websites; introduce malware; or scrape, reverse engineer or resell the analysis engine. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce this section.
AI outputs, accuracy and your responsibility
Audits are generated with automated tooling and large language models. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are general guidance only — not legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice, and not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or revenue. You are responsible for the websites and prompts you submit, for having the rights to any content you provide, for verifying findings, and for deciding which changes to make and testing them yourself.
Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of Insight Audit™, including its software, prompts, scoring methodology, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of the website content you submit and of the audit reports generated for you, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to deliver the service. If you believe an output or submitted content infringes your rights, email support@insightweave.net and we will investigate, remove infringing material where appropriate, and terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
Service level
We aim to keep the service available and improve it over time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, during which your credits remain usable. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or through Paddle. On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your audit history for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that cannot be limited by law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your submitted content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your own country. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.
