Refund Policy

Insight Audit™ is operated by Adejayan Mayowa, trading as InsightWeave. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason including change of mind. This applies to your subscription payment for Insight Audit™.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or email us at support@insightweave.net and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and remaining credits stay usable until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals and later periods

If you no longer want a plan after the 30-day guarantee window, cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being billed again. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us at support@insightweave.net — we review these case by case and are happy to help.
